That gap is where founder Nic Bosshard has spent 25+ years. Before advising on supply chains, he ran one — directly accountable for the operation, not a recommendation about it. He carried that instinct through his senior positions in several renowned consulting firms lastly, leading end-to-end planning transformations and digital / AI transformation for manufacturers across industries.
